Tutorials - Learn all things DTF
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need special equipment or skills to apply these transfers?
Not at all. If you have a standard heat press, you have all you need for DTF on garments. For UV DTF, no heat press is required – just peel and apply to the clean surface. Our transfers come ready to press with simple instructions. No professional training or complex setup required. (In a pinch, you can use a home iron for DTF, though a heat press will give the best results.)
How fast will I get my order?
Incredibly fast. We typically print and ship your transfers within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit time will depend on your location. Many of our customers are amazed at how quickly their custom prints arrive.
Will the prints last? Are they durable?
Yes – these transfers are made for longevity. We use high-quality inks and adhesive that result in long-lasting prints. Our DTF transfers won't crack, peel, or fade after multiple washes, and UV DTF prints resist scratches, peeling and weather exposure on hard surfaces. You get professional, store-bought quality that stands up to everyday use.
Can I apply DTF or UV DTF transfers to any fabric or color?
Absolutely. One big advantage of DTF is versatility. Our transfers work on virtually any fabric – cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, you name it. They also have a built-in white layer, so your designs will pop on any color garment, even black. For UV DTF, you can apply it to virtually any non-porous hard surface - such as metal, glass, plastic, wood etc. If you have any questions about a specific material, just ask.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope. You can order 1 transfer or 1000+ - whatever you need. We'll never make you order more than you want. This is perfect for one-off custom gifts, prototypes, or small batch orders for your customers. And if you do need large quantities, we handle those just as easily, with bulk printing efficiency that keeps turnaround quick.
What kind of designs can I print?
Any design you can dream of. DTF printing handles full-color artwork, fine details, gradients, and even photographs with ease. UV DTF does the same for hard surfaces, delivering vibrant detail and durability. Unlike vinyl or screen printing, there are no color limits - got a detailed multicolor logo or a vibrant illustration? No problem. Just upload your file at a decent resolution and we'll ensure it comes out looking stunning.
