Best Price DTF: best for the lowest price per inch
On published prices, Best Price DTF is the cheapest supplier here by a wide margin: a 2ft standard sheet is $8.00, 5ft is $20.00, 10ft $37.00 and 50ft $180.00, and a custom length costs $0.33 per inch of 22-inch-wide sheet (gang sheet page). Its upgraded BestColor+ film costs more ($0.46 per inch).
- Shipping: free on transfers over $99; below that, carrier rates are calculated at checkout (free-shipping note).
- Speed: UPS Ground orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same day, with no rush fee (FAQ).
- Also: Texas pickup in Richardson and Houston, a ready-to-press design library, optional pre-cutting, no minimum order.
- Worth knowing: we could not find a Trustpilot profile for Best Price DTF, so there is less independent review data to go on; a test order matters more here.
DTF Printer: best for big multi-design orders with human-checked care
This is us, clearly labeled. Our price per inch is higher than most of this list, and that is deliberate: it pays for a real person checking every order, careful printing and support from people who actually answer. We are built for the part of ordering that eats your time: getting dozens or hundreds of designs onto sheets without wasting film, and making sure every one of them prints right the first time.
- Drag and drop all your designs at once. Our gang sheet builder nests them automatically onto 22-inch-wide sheets in the tightest layout it can find, rotating and slotting designs together so they use the least length. Large orders run onto as many sheets as they need. No arranging by hand, no guessing which sheet size to buy.
- You pay only for the packed length: $0.90 per inch for DTF and $1.13 per inch for UV DTF, with no minimum order and no setup or art fees. Fewer wasted inches and no hours spent on layout is where the real saving is for a busy shop.
- Your order total, not just the rate. DTFSheet prints in Dallas and ships qualifying orders placed before 2:30pm CT on weekdays (12pm CT Saturday) the same day (shipping policy). Gang sheets are 2ft $19.99, 5ft $39.99, 10ft $59.99 and 20ft $99.99 (gang sheet page), and single transfers start at $1.48 for a 2" x 2".

Jiffy sells blank apparel and DTF transfers in one place and has the lowest free-shipping threshold here: transfers ship free from $29, and cost $11.95 to ship below that (gang sheet page). Gang sheets start at 2ft for $25.00 and go up a foot at a time to 20ft ($123.00), with 5ft at $52.00 and 10ft at $88.00.

Ninja Transfers is the biggest name here, with a 4.6 Trustpilot score from more than 4,000 reviews. It sells fixed sheet sizes: 1ft $16.99, 2ft $19.99, then 5ft $49.99 and 10ft $89.99, with nothing between 2ft and 5ft (gang sheet builder).
- Shipping: UPS Ground $6.99, free over $75; orders by 2pm ET ship the same or next business day (shipping policy), and free next-day delivery on $99+ is offered in parts of Texas (Texas page).
- Also: glitter, glow and foil films, single transfers by size from $0.37, a design library and a "Jump The Line" priority option.

STAHLS' UltraColor MAX: best for team and uniform orders
STAHLS' prices its UltraColor MAX DTF transfers by the square inch rather than by sheet: 6¢ per square inch for 1-24 of an image, falling to 4¢ at 250 or more, with a $0.35 minimum per piece and images up to 22" x 22" (UltraColor MAX page). That suits repeat runs of the same logo or number set.
- Shipping: free UPS Ground on UltraColor MAX orders over $149.
- Speed: most orders ship the same business day if placed by 8am ET, within an order-value limit.
- Also: a free online designer with clipart and layouts; gang sheets (12" x 22" and 24" x 22") through its sister company Transfer Express.
- Worth knowing: there are no long gang rolls, the free-shipping threshold is the highest here, and we found no UV DTF product.
Transfer Kingdom: best for ready-to-press designs
Transfer Kingdom, in Houston, has the highest Trustpilot score here (4.7) and a large library of ready-to-press designs alongside custom gang sheets: 2ft $18.99, 5ft $39.99, 10ft $69.99 and 20ft $119.99 (gang sheet page).

How to choose the right DTF transfer company
- Look at the shape of your orders. Full long rolls of one design favor the lowest price per inch. Many different designs at different sizes favor a builder that packs them for you and charges for the packed length.
- Count your prep time. Arranging dozens of designs by hand, resizing and fixing low-resolution files can take hours per order. If a supplier's builder and file checks do that work, it is real money saved even at a higher price per inch.
- Check the free-shipping line, not just the sheet price. Thresholds here run from $29 to $149, which can change which supplier is cheaper delivered.
- Match the deadline. Same-day dispatch helps when you need transfers tomorrow; published delivery times help you plan everything else.
- Test before you commit. Order one small job from your top two or three, press them the same way, and wash them. Our DTF pressing guide has the settings.
