Refunds
Because every order is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once an order has been processed and shipped. If anything is wrong, such as a misprint, a material defect, or an error on our part, please contact us and we will make it right. Our customers mean everything to us, and customer satisfaction has been at the heart of our business for over 10 years.
We understand many orders have deadlines. Unforeseen issues such as courier delays or shipping damage can occur, and we cannot offer refunds for missed deadlines or compensation for lost revenue from delays beyond our control. If you rely on our transfers for business, we recommend keeping a small inventory on hand. We work hard to ship fast but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or email at [email protected]. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Since we process and ship orders quickly, even if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, your order may already be in transit and cannot be canceled.
