We reserve the right to reject any order that violates this policy. Repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Product Quality & Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary from those displayed on a user's monitor due to differences in screen calibration and print processes.
We do not guarantee exact color matches to digital previews.
Users are responsible for ensuring the quality of the images they upload, as we print directly from the files provided.

Payments & Refunds

We accept Stripe and Apple Pay as payment methods.

User-Generated Content & Licensing

Users who upload images must ensure they have the appropriate rights for their intended use.
Users who utilize company-provided images must comply with our licensing terms. These images are provided for limited use and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

Order Limits & Restrictions

The maximum print sheet size is 22" x 60". Orders exceeding this size may be rejected or require special processing.
Users may resell prints created through our service, provided they own the rights to the designs used.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in system abuse, fraudulent transactions, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability & Website Availability

We are not liable for service interruptions, website downtime, or other technical issues beyond our control.
