Who are we?
DTF Printer is operated by Design Bundles US Inc, the team behind Design Bundles, an established marketplace with over 6.1 million digital design products, used by crafters and small businesses. DTF Printer is our direct-to-film printing service: we turn your artwork into ready-to-press transfers, so you can spend less time wrestling with equipment and more time creating and selling.
That means the people behind your transfers are a known, US-registered company that has served over 5.5 million customers across more than a decade, not an anonymous print shop. The Design Bundles team was founded by Andy Croft and Alex France in 2015, and Design Bundles is rated Excellent on Trustpilot. How we make your transfers
Every order is printed to order in our USA facility in Kentucky and shipped with tracking. Before anything prints, a real person checks your file and fixes common issues (background, resolution, mirroring) rather than printing them wrong. We produce two types:
DTF transfers press onto fabric and apparel, with a built-in white layer so colours stay vivid on dark garments. UV DTF transfers are peel-and-stick decals for hard surfaces like tumblers, glass, metal and wood, with no heat needed. Both are built to last 50+ washes without cracking, peeling or fading.
Why we do it
We started DTF Printer because makers deserve print they can plan a business around. So we built it on three things we stand by: no minimum order, so a single transfer or a few thousand are both fine; honest, measured delivery times rather than hopeful promises; and real people who check your work and answer your questions. Our goal is simple: get your design printed right, the first time, and to your door when we say it will.

I’ve used DTFPrinter.com several times now (about 4-5 different orders), and I can honestly say their quality and customer service keep me coming back.
Out of all the orders I’ve placed, I did have one situation where the final product wasn’t the best. However, what really stood out to me was how quickly they took responsibility and fixed the issue. The situation was rectified immediately, and that level of accountability means a lot.
After that experience, I actually tried a few other popular UV DTF printing companies just to compare, and honestly, the quality didn’t even come close. Between the print quality, the way the products are carefully packaged for shipping, and the level of customer service, DTFPrinter.com stands out.
