Jiffy Transfers vs Ninja Transfers: The Numbers Nobody Publishes
Why this comparison is hard to research
People search "Jiffy Transfers vs Ninja Transfers" constantly, and almost everything written about it avoids numbers. So here are the numbers, from both companies' own pages, checked July 2026, with links so you can verify every figure. We sell DTF transfers too (more on that at the end, clearly labeled), which is exactly why everything comparable here is sourced.
Gang sheet prices, side by side
Sources: Ninja's builder and Jiffy's gang sheet page (both 22 inches wide, checked July 2026):
| Sheet length | Ninja Transfers | Jiffy |
|---|---|---|
| 1ft | $16.99 | not offered |
| 2ft | $19.99 | $25.00 |
| 3ft | not offered | $36.00 |
| 4ft | not offered | $44.00 |
| 5ft | $49.99 | $52.00 |
| 7ft | $69.99 | $67.00 |
| 10ft | $89.99 | $88.00 |
| 15ft | $109.99 | $110.51 |
| 20ft | $129.99 | $123.00 |
The pattern: Ninja wins below 3ft, they trade blows above 5ft, and Jiffy owns the 3-4ft middle that Ninja simply does not sell (Ninja's ladder jumps from 2ft straight to 5ft). Jiffy also sells single transfers by size at $0.06 per square inch, which is genuinely cheap for one small design.
Shipping and turnaround
| Ninja Transfers | Jiffy | |
|---|---|---|
| Standard shipping | $6.99 (UPS Ground) | $11.95 |
| Free shipping from | $75 | $49 |
| Dispatch claim | Prints and ships in 24-48 hours | Same day if ordered by 3pm EST |
Sources: Ninja shipping policy, Jiffy DTF transfers page (July 2026). Jiffy's $49 free-shipping threshold is the lowest of any major DTF supplier we have checked, and it changes the math on mid-sized orders: a $52 Jiffy sheet ships free while the same order elsewhere still carries a shipping fee.
So which one?
- Pick Ninja for small fixed sheets (their 1ft and 2ft prices beat Jiffy) and for the bigger review base if brand reassurance matters to you.
- Pick Jiffy for 3-4ft sheets Ninja does not sell, for the $49 free-shipping threshold, for same-day dispatch, and for single small transfers by the square inch.
Both builders auto-arrange your designs, but both then charge you for a fixed sheet size: the auto-arrange decides which size you buy, not what you pay for. Whatever does not fill the sheet is empty film you bought.
The third option: pay only for the inches you use

This is our section, clearly labeled. DTF Printer does not sell sheet sizes at all. Our system works like a game of Tetris: upload your designs and it automatically rotates and slots them together on the 22-inch-wide sheet so they use the least length possible. You then pay $0.90 per inch of the sheet length your designs actually use, with no minimum order (a single small design starts at about $4). The tighter the pieces fit, the shorter the sheet and the less you pay; there is no fixed size to round up to and no empty film to buy.
Real examples priced by our live system (July 2026): one 4-inch design costs $4.09, a 24-inch order costs $22.10, a 44-inch order costs $40.10. Compare that with buying a 2ft or 5ft sheet above when your designs need neither.
We tested this on real data. In July 2026 we priced every custom DTF order from our last 90 days against both companies' published sheet prices, always using their cheapest possible sheet combination. 81% of orders would have cost more at Jiffy and 78% would have cost more at Ninja. On rare occasions an order genuinely prices lower with a fixed tier; if yours is one of those, contact us before you buy and we will see if we can price match it. And whatever the size, every order here gets a human file check with proactive contact if something looks wrong, automatic upscaling of low-resolution artwork, and a free reprint if we make a mistake. Check your own numbers in the price calculator, and see our full comparison with Ninja for that head-to-head.

Prices move. Every figure on this page was read from the linked source pages in July 2026, and we re-check them quarterly; if you find a stale number, tell us and we will correct it. Better still, run the real test: order one small transfer from each supplier, press all three, and wash them. Our part of that test costs $4.09. Independent wash tests already exist on YouTube for Jiffy vs Ninja; none of them include us yet, and we would genuinely welcome one.
